We want receiving your Exhale candle to feel just as good as lighting it.
Each order is carefully packed and shipped to arrive safely at your door, with attention to detail from start to finish.
Shipping Rates
- Flat-rate shipping: $7.95 on all orders
- Free shipping on orders $65+
We offer flat-rate shipping to keep things simple and transparent, and free shipping on larger orders as a thank-you for bundling your favorites.
Affiliate Free Shipping
Some creators may share a special code that includes free shipping. If you received a code, simply apply it at checkout to enjoy complimentary shipping on your order.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. The Exhale Co. is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help before the order ships.
Processing Time
All Exhale candles are hand-poured in small batches.
- Orders are processed within 3–5 business days
- During launches or seasonal drops, processing times may be slightly longer
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Time
Shipping times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
Weather & Temperature
Candles are sensitive to extreme temperatures. While we pack each order carefully, The Exhale Co. is not responsible for minor cosmetic changes (such as frosting or slight sweating) caused by heat during transit. These do not affect candle performance.
Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged or something isn’t right, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.
